By accessing the Plumbora website, submitting an online service request, or scheduling plumbing dispatch services via phone at +1 (888) 883-0337, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Plumbing Dispatch & Service Appointments
- Dispatch Times: While our average emergency response time is approximately 35 to 50 minutes, arrival times are estimates influenced by traffic, severe weather conditions, and technician availability.
- Site Access: The customer must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the property and plumbing fixtures for our technicians. An authorized adult (age 18+) must be present throughout the diagnostic and repair process.
3. Transparent Flat-Rate Pricing & Payment
- Upfront Estimates: Before commencing any physical repair or installation, our technician will provide an itemized written estimate for your authorization.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of authorized work. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payments.
- Additional Unforeseen Repairs: If pre-existing, concealed plumbing defects (such as severe sub-slab decay or unpermitted prior work) are discovered during repair, we will pause and provide an amended estimate for written approval before proceeding.
4. Workmanship Warranty & Guarantees
- All qualifying plumbing repairs executed by Plumbora are covered by our 1-Year Comprehensive Workmanship Warranty against defects in installation.
- Warranty coverage excludes damages resulting from homeowner misuse, chemical abuse (e.g., caustic drain cleaners), severe freezes, acts of nature, or modifications performed by third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, Plumbora Services LLC shall not be liable for pre-existing water damage, mold growth, structural deterioration, or incidental and consequential losses occurring prior to technician arrival or resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, please notify our dispatch center immediately at +1 (888) 883-0337. Cancellations made prior to technician vehicle departure carry zero charge.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where the plumbing service is performed.
